The interdisciplinary Located in the center of Hamburg the pan-asian fusion restaurant "Nakama" is known for its extra ordinary and highly aesthetic food creations. The restaurants philosophy is defined by a combination of modern sushi recipes and traditional Asian dishes. 

For Nakamas first Restaurant we created a holistic identity based on the typographic word mark. The playful logotype is generated from smaller line elements, which shape the single letters and a row of various patterns, that can be combined again with the typographic elements. Besides the Logotype we developed the restaurants website, signage and a range of printed goods like menu and business cards. For the printed matters we combined a range of different materials and papers — analogous to the idea of a multi-sensory food experience.
