In 2016 we were asked to create a new identity for the academy of dance arts "Saltazio", which was founded in 2009 by the german ballet dancer and choreographer Judith Hölscher. The schools aim is to empower young people for a career as professional dancers and moreover to support them growing as individuals. The program gathers dancing six classes — including ballet, hip hop and modern.

Based on the thought of individual progress and attitude in dancing, we developed the idea of a flexible logotype that switches positions while it appears to be dancing: the typographic logo is based on a five-lines grid and can be set in various compositions, depending on the given format and background.
